Job Summary: 
Admin for Security/Alarm company 
 
Essential Job Duties:
Answer the phones, schedule installations, basic accounting and some ordering of parts. Maintain schedule for installers. 
Perform AR duties: collect and post checks for outstanding ARs for the many different AR accounts. 
Positive attitude and friendly to clients is a must!
In depth knowledge of Quick Books is required.
 
Customer Service correspondence:
 Handle client requests for service.
